1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProblemRecon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ProblemRecon is a market research tool that analyzes publicly available online discussions to identify and rank problems. The Service provides data analysis, not professional advice.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your account or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Credits and Payments
- Free accounts receive 100 research credits per month, refreshed on the 1st of each month.
- Additional credits may be purchased through the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Purchased credits do not expire. Free monthly credits do not roll over.
- Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service outside of our official API
- Resell research results without attribution
6. Intellectual Property
Research results generated by the Service are yours to use. The Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, remains the property of ProblemRecon.
7. Data Sources
The Service analyzes publicly available online discussions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Results are for informational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ProblemRecon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the billing page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
